My first product, and the long one. A place to ask and answer, anonymously if you need to, and to tell stories that spark conversations. It is where I learned what a feed really costs: ranking weights, decay, diversity, moderation, and the quiet work of keeping people safe.

Produckt: Think in products, not tickets.
The tool my own job was missing. Product architecture lives in people's heads; when someone leaves, the context leaves with them. So: a canvas of products, modules and features, six views of one truth, relationships you can actually see, and an impact system that shows what a change ripples into.

Products, modules, features and sub-features are cards you place, link and nest. Kanban, tree, table, timeline and scrum read the same cards. Change one and its connected cards are flagged, with an AI edit suggested only when you ask for it.

Al-Zilal: The corpus is the product.
A reader for Fi Zilal al-Qur'an, in Arabic, on phones and on the web. The app is small; the book is not. Nine million characters across 114 surahs, extracted from a printed edition that lost things on the way. So I repaired what it lost: 231 unreachable verses recovered, 1,290 broken sentences rejoined.

Every surah and every section, with each verse marked where its commentary begins. Highlights are stored by their text, so they survive every corpus fix. Search runs on the device, the web reader is a static site, and a one-tap report sends the exact passage when something reads wrong.
